Most Disliked
While Kampai has many supporters, a few visitors note that certain wait times during peak hours can be longer than expected. Saturdays, especially, can see crowds that make for a bustling environment, leading to possible delays in service. Additionally, some have pointed out that, at times, specific dishes may be unavailable due to high demand, leading to minor adjustments in orders. A minority feel that certain menu items, though well-prepared, may lack a bit of boldness in flavor compared to competitors. Lastly, diners in a hurry have expressed a desire for more efficient service during lunchtime, which can sometimes feel rushed due to varying crowd sizes. Despite these minor grievances, the majority of feedback remains overwhelmingly positive.

We love the Philly cheese steak and wings!!! Their philly cheese steak is crispy and fluffy. Our favorite wings so far is the spicy honey garlic. It's not too spicy but just right. A must try!

First taste of the Puget Sound variation on teriyaki, and I am impressed! The yakisoba noodles were also excellent. Good food at a fair price; courteous and prompt service; and so clean, it sparkles.

I had a 10 pc combo half mild lemon pepper/half spicy honey garlic with fries. Chicken nice and crispy , especially since I asked for extra cook time , mild lemon pepper has good buffalo flavor with the right amount lemon pepper seasoning. Spicy honey garlic had a subtle spice with the honey bring a nice sweetness to balance. Fries were crispy and had the right amount of seasoning. Ranch was housemade and was very good. Will def be back to try other wing flavors and items

There’s a lot of teriyaki places.. in the area and this is my favorite. The food is consistently delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The lunch special is great ! Get fast quality food for same or less than the regular fast food places Plus, it’s odd but they make a Philly and they do it well!
